Well, 2024 is almost over, and it has been a heck of a year for WWE. Well, if you ignore all of the disgraceful stuff involving Vince McMahon. Again, Vince, get those lawyers ready; you’re going to need them.
Now it’s time to start looking at 2025 in WWE; many fans are predicting what will happen. Well, as a fan of professional wrestling since I was a kid, it is time for me to make some of my predictions for WWE in 2025
The story is there for Cena to break Ric Flair’s World Title record. Cena should break that record with 18 world title reigns. However, that won’t be the only title he wins in his final year. Did you know that John Cena has never once held the Intercontinental title? That needs to change so Cena can also be named a Grandslam champion. I think Cena will win the Intercontinental Championship for the first time and have a brief reign with the title.
This is the most common prediction. It just wouldn’t feel right if these two didn’t have a match in Cena’s final year. The best time to do it is at Cena’s final match. Out of all the rivalries John Cena has had, my favorite and the most memorable is against Randy Orton. He would be the perfect man to end his career, and hopefully, he will be a heel while he does it.
I have been a big fan of Lyra Valkyria in WWE. She was one of my favorite parts of the WWE NXT UK brand. I have not been a tremendous fan of her booking on the main roster in 2024, which needs to change in 2025. Valkyria is currently in the Women’s Intercontinental Championship Tournament on Monday Night Raw.
She should win that entire tournament and enter a feud with a returning Becky Lynch. I would even do a WrestleMania match between the two, where Lynch puts Valkyrie over. She is a star if given the push
It has been 2 years since WWE fans last saw Alexa Bliss in a WWE Ring. Here’s a fun fact: Her last WWE match was against Bianca Belair at the 2023 Royal Rumble PPV. She had battled health issues and recently had a kid with musician Ryan Cabrera. I believe she will return at the Royal Rumble match as a surprise entrant.
She will not return to the gimmick she had with Bray Wyatt. She will return to the OG wrestling goddess gimmick she had in her early main roster career in WWE. I do not want to see her in the Wyatt 6 group, as I was not a tremendous fan of her involvement with the Fiend. Her Wrestling Goddess gimmick was her best, and I want her to return to it.
This is the only acceptable match involving Goldberg. Goldberg vs. Bron Breaker is a dream match of mine, as both are powerhouse and dominant wrestlers. Bron Breaker is close to Goldberg, as he is a member of the Steiner Wrestling Family, and Goldberg should have his final match to put him over.
They have teased Goldberg vs. Gunther for his final match, but I have no interest in that match at all. There is no question that it should be Bron Breaker. If it goes down, it has serious Michaels V Flair vibes.
For the past 5 months, Tiffany Stratton has come across like an absolute fool with that briefcase. She should have cashed in long ago, but WWE has held off for some reason. Nia Jax is horrendous, and her reign of terror should have long been over.
Well, it will in 2025, as Stratton will cash in on her. Many say it will happen on a PPV; however, Smackdown is eventually moving to 3 hours, which is a terrible idea by WWE, but I guess the money was too good to pass on. Start it off with a bang and have Stratton finally cash in.
You know, I’ve seen so many people not use their brains and claim that Brock Lesnar will return to WWE in 2025. Do they not realize he is involved in the Janel Grant lawsuit as Vince sent multiple disgraceful text messages to him? WWE will not allow him on TV until that lawsuit ends, and I doubt it will happen until 2026.
So, Brock won’t show up to WWE in 2025. That’s not all; with his involvement in this case, I think he will be forced to testify in the lawsuit and be given immunity so he won’t have any criminal charges. It’s sort of the same play the government did with Hulk Hogan during the Steroid Trials in 1994. That’s my Brock Lesnar prediction. My advice to Vince, Get those lawyers ready, you’re going to need them.
I have already given up on the Wyatt 6 faction, but there is only one way they can salvage it. They need to feud with the Judgement Day Faction. They should have feuded with them months ago, but WWE decided to give them The Final Testament, which has been a dead faction since they started.
The Wyatt 6 needs to move on and Face the Judgement Day, where At the end of that feud, the group will officially disband and go their separate ways. It’s time because Judgement Day 2.0 has been very lackluster, and it can make the Wyatt 6 look like threats.
I always do a section discussing 5 NXT superstars or groups that get called up. Fun fact: Last year, I predicted Carmelo Hayes, Tiffany Stratton, Ilja Dragunov, Lyra Valkyrie, and Roxanne Perez. I got 4 of them right.
Oba Femi has been heavily rumored to be called up for many months now. I think it’s a no-brainer, and he will be on the main roster soon.
Roxanne Perez was originally going to be called up in 2024, but Cora Jade tore her ACL and Perez had to stay.
Trick Williams will be main roster-bound the next time he loses the NXT championship. It’s time dude has been great in NXT, and I don’t know where else they can take him in that brand.
I love the D’Angelo Family, and my favorite, hands down, is Tony D’Angelo. Go back and watch his matches with Oba Femi in NXT. They are phenomenal. He definitely should be called up along with his family sometime in 2025. The best time is around SummerSlam, but only time will tell.
Andre Chase, I’m surprised, is still in NXT now that the Chase U gimmick has ended. Although that match with Ridge Holland was terrible in that horrendous Ambulance match. I think once he gets repackaged in a new gimmick, he will get called up to the main roster.
Jordynne Grace is leaving TNA soon. Her contract is about to expire, and it’s clear that WWE is highly interested in bringing her in full-time. So, when she gets brought, I think she will immediately be used on the main roster. Many have predicted either Naomi or Charlotte Flair will attack Jade Cargill backstage on Smackdown.
Well, I think it would be a nice swerve and surprise that instead, it’s Jordynne Grace that’s the person that attacked her. It would be an excellent debut for Grace and immediately put her in a feud with Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair.

It’s 2025, and the WWE is about to move to Netflix from basic cable. Like some of Triple H’s other moves, I’m not sure how this will play out, but If I can get half of these right, I will be pretty excited.
