The MLB Diamond College Baseball Top 25 Rankings are here! The Tennessee Volunteers baseball program has arrived for the 2022 season. Sporting a record with just one loss, the Volunteers entered a crucial matchup against Vanderbilt. The Volunteers made quick work of their opponents. Tennessee swept their SEC foe and only allowed four runs all weekend including a Sunday shutout. An impressive feat which is only adding to an already impressive resume.
Florida State Seminoles took an enormous stumble with a winless week. In the mean time, after a 6-3 loss to Florida midweek, the Seminoles hosted Notre Dame and proceeded to lose their next three games. After being shutout on Friday, the Seminoles lost by one on Saturday and by two on Sunday. However, despite two close losses, the results speak for themselves and the Seminoles need to go back to the drawing board.
Secondly, Arizona, Notre Dame and Miami all had perfect weeks. Arizona beat Grand Canyon and swept their weekend series against PAC12 opponent University of Washington. Miami, steaming ahead at 16-5, beat Florida Gulf Coast University in their midweek matchup and swept Duke with scores of 4-1, 4-3, and 11-3.

Top 25 College Baseball Rankings – The Bottom
Additionally, the bottom of the Top 25 College Baseball Rankings are filled with teams struggling to find consistency. Georgia is one team putting the fight to opponents. As a result, despite being 22-6, the Bulldogs found a way to win all four games this past week. Now, after beating Georgia Southern in a warm up for the weekend series, the Bulldogs swept SEC opponent Florida with decisive wins on Saturday and Sunday respectively. Meanwhile, Vanderbilt’s stock is dropping making a perfect opportunity for Georgia to cement their post season resume.
