Philadelphia Eagles

The Minnesota Vikings came to town after a big win against Green Bay & the Philadelphia Eagles completely dominated them. The defense showed up big, especially Big Play Slay, who had two interceptions on the night while making Justin Jefferson a non-factor. Jalen Hurts had his best game as a pro, but the offense has yet to turn in a full performance, which could be scary for future opponents.

New York Giants

What can we say? The giants are 2-0 after two games in which they could’ve lost, but didn’t. This team seems to show perseverance and mental toughness – as a younger team that is rebuilding, the culture and attitude is most important. They may not have the most “big-names” on the field, but it looks like they’ll at least put up a fight.

Dallas Cowboys

Who thought the Dallas Cowboys would beat the Cincinnati Bengals this past weekend? Yup, me either – but Dallas showed what an active pass rush can do to the opponents offense, namely, Micah Parsons. Ultimately, the Cowboys offense seems to be a shell of its former self & I don’t think that changes much upon Dak’s return.

Washington Commanders

Washington doesn’t drop to last on this list  because they lost to Detroit, that would be hypocritical. Washington drops to last on this list due the Jekyll & Hyde performances of Carson Wentz. Wentz can be incredible at times & other times he can take you out of a game with underwhelming performances, like he did in the first half of the Detroit game. He’s not the worst QB in the division (see Daniel Jones) but he is the most hit or miss and that makes Washington an average team, at best.

There’s been a lot of move from 2nd -4th place, but 1st place has stayed constant with our Philadelphia Eagles. Stay tuned & comment down below and let us know how you think the NFC East will play out this year and please check us out on Facebook, Twitter and on FlyEaglesNation.com!
