Patriot Pitts Props for Week Three’s Patriots-Ravens Battle

Life is better when the New England Patriots win football games on Sundays. The victory is sweeter when it comes at the expense of a rival.

The Pats snagged their first win last week against the Steelers. Then, the wheels began to turn on both sides of the ball. The offense seemed more in sync, while the defense stifled Trubisky at every opportunity. Everyone is doing their job.

Now, it’s time for me to do my job and give you the best prop bets for the game. The Ravens are coming off of a BRUTAL loss to the Dolphins. Their defense allowed six touchdowns to Tua; the Pats only allowed one. I like our chances.

Here are the best props to play for this matchup!

Jonnu Smith has OVER 1.5 touchdowns.

At some point, they have to use him. There are so many different avenues to go down. For example, the Titans utilized him in the run game on sweeps and designed runs. Why can’t Patricia copy that?

Smith sits among the most athletic on the roster. His versatility makes him such a threat to defenses. He needs to be more involved in Patricia’s playcalling. Vrabel did it, why can’t you?

They need to figure it out this week. The Ravens’ defense prepares for the Patriots differently. It is always coming down to the final play. Jonnu Smith receiving a flick pass from Jones on the goal line gives the advantage to the home team.

Kendrick Bourne finishes with OVER 75 yards receiving.

In two weeks, Bourne has caught four passes. Shenanigans.

Bourne holds the key to the offense’s success. The Ravens’ defense has allowed the most yards to receivers so far. Their secondary’s struggles are evident, as mentioned on this week’s episode of the Gillette Gazette Podcast. Belichick knows what he has to do.

Mac Jones throws for UNDER 241 yards.

Yes, Mac Jones will reignite the flame he and Bourne once had, but that’s it. Jones needs to be cerebral with his passes. It will be a game with more emphasis on the run. The Ravens’ defensive line has struggled, along with their linebackers, who cannot make a tackle.

Jones to Jonnu for the touchdown; call that play, Matthew.

Matt Judon sacks Lamar Jackson OVER 1.5 times.

It’s time for revenge. Judon faces Lamar once again since leaving Baltimore. The Patriots’ defense has been

spectacular to start the year. They’ve allowed only one touchdown in two games. What a difference a few months makes.

The Patriots are 10th in the league in total sacks (6). Judon has a sack in both games. It feels right that he doubles it for the home opener.

The Patriots and Ravens will score OVER 41.5 points

Soor, my Science guy, and I jumped on Stadium Rant’s Ravens Podcast, Flock of the North, and gave our scoring predictions. They ranged from hard-fought to unrealistic. I toed the line. The Patriots win with a buzzer-beater field goal; the final score reads 24-21 Pats.

These two teams put on a performance for the fans every time they get together. It is unusual to see a blowout by either team. Lamar needs a bounce-back win after blowing it in Miami. The Patriots’ offense needs to compliment itself. Players are only as good as those guiding them.
