Welcome back! In this series we will be discussing five standout Eagles players from each week’s game. After a 2-0 Eagles start, let’s take a look at who stood out in Week Three!

Jalen Hurts
Another week and another great performance from the third year QB. Hurts threw for 340 yards and three touchdowns on the afternoon, while adding 20 yards with his legs. Jalen Hurts was much more active with his arm than his legs in this one as the Eagles cruise to a dominating win over Washington.
Brandon Graham
BG was an absolute force today wreaking havoc on Carson Wentz. Graham had 2.5 sacks on the afternoon & added countless QB pressures to that – he was in the backfield all afternoon, making Wentz’s day one to forget.

DeVonta Smith
After the seven catch for 80 yards performance against Minnesota, Smitty torched the Commanders in Washington for eight catches, 169 yards, and a touchdown. Smitty was, simply, not to be stopped today. He won on all routes, against whoever Washington threw at him. The Slim Reaper is making you remember his name!

A.J. Brown
“Swole Batman” has made a clear difference since joining Philadelphia. He’s the clear option when Hurts needs a play and that also opens up 1 on 1 matchups all over the field. Brown scored his first touchdown of the season this afternoon, while notching 7 catches for 85 yards on the afternoon. Another week, another great showing by WR in his year for the Philadelphia Eagles!

Jonathan Gannon
Okay, so maybe Week One was a fluke and Gannon’s defense is good? That’s exactly what Gannon has shown in the last two weeks against Minnesota and Washington. With only two touchdowns scored in both games, combined, the Eagles defense is looking like a unit that can help win games – that will be huge late in the season. Great job today on defense!
