On May 17th Pro Football Focus came out with their Top 25 players who are under the age of 25.

The Dallas Cowboys had three of their own on the list, tying them with the Atlanta Falcons for the most players on the list. The Cowboys have a very talented roster so let’s see the three players that stood out.

Micah Parsons

Coming in number one overall on the list and should be no shock at all is Micah Parsons. Parsons was a first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft and has been an absolute stud since entering the league. Parsons just turned 24 years old, but he plays like a seven-year veteran.

Parsons has recorded more than 13 sacks in each of his first two seasons and was named Defensive Rookie of The Year in 2021 and finished second for Defensive Player of The Year last season.

Parsons no doubt will be one of the best players in the league for a handful of years and will be giving opposing teams quarterbacks nightmares.

CeeDee Lamb

The ninth player on this list was 2020 first-round pick wide receiver, CeeDee Lamb. Lamb has been with the Cowboys for three seasons, but 2022 was the first season he was truly the number-one receiver for the team after they traded Amari Cooper to the Cleveland Browns in March of 2022.

Lamb is a two-time Pro Bowler and had the best season of his career in 2022 when he recorded 107 receptions, 1359 yards, and nine touchdowns.

Lamb just turned 24 in April and will be a huge target for Dak Prescott for many seasons to come.

Trevon Diggs

Coming in at number 25 on the list is cornerback Trevon Diggs. Diggs will turn 25 this September but he’s 24 right now so of course you can’t leave him off the list.  Diggs had an insane 2021 season recording a league-high 11 interceptions. He was named an ALL-Pro in 2021 and has been in two Pro Bowls.

Diggs can be a liability in coverage at times but the way he can get back into the play and create a turnover is incredible and that’s why many quarterbacks fear the man.

This list shows how great the Cowboys have drafted over the past few seasons, and fans should be very excited for 2023.

It will be very interesting to see how the Cowboys compete in 2023 in a very tough NFC East.
