Quarterback power rankings are based on this week’s performance and the previous week’s.
10. Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
Last Week: Unranked
Jordan Love sneaks his way onto the list after a solid showing against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday Night Football. The Packers came away with a big 30-13 win to keep pace in the NFC North.
In the win, Love completed 74% of his passes for 229 yards, two touchdowns, and a 123.8 rating. Both of his touchdowns went to Romeo Doubs who finished the night with three grabs for 40 yards and two endzone trips.
2024 Stats: 8-4 record, 64 completion percentage, 3,028 yards, 24 touchdowns, 11 interceptions, and a 98.5 rating.
9. Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets

Surprisingly, Aaron Rodgers joins the quarterback power rankings list for the first time this season, a place where some people may have expected him to be almost every week.
Rodgers followed up a solid game in Week 14 with an even better game this week against Jacksonville. He went 16-30 throwing with 289 yards, three touchdowns, and a 120 rating. Another surprise, he led the team in rushing with 45 yards on six attempts. Rodgers and Davante Adams looked like their Packers selves with nine connections for 198 yards and two touchdowns, one score coming from 71 yards away.
2024 Stats: 4-10 record, 63 completion percentage, 3,356 yards, 23 touchdowns, eight interceptions, and a 90.8 rating.
8. Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings
Last Week: Unranked
Sam Darnold takes a plummet in this week’s quarterback power rankings after a subpar performance on Monday Night Football. Despite the low production, the Vikings moved to 12-2 after a 30-12 beat down on the Bears.
Darnold went 24-40 throwing for 231 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and a 74.1 rating. He hit Justin Jefferson seven times for 73 yards and the lone touchdown pass. Jordan Addison also reeled in seven balls for 63 yards.
2024 Stats: 12-2 record, 68 completion percentage, 3,724 yards, 30 touchdowns, 11 interceptions, and a 104.9 rating.
7. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Baker Mayfield put on a clinic against one of the best defenses in the league. As a result, the Bucs took down the Chargers 40-17 and now control their destiny in the NFC South.
Mayfield completed 22-27 passes for 288 yards, four touchdowns, one interception, and a 135.3 rating. He found Mike Evans nine times for 159 yards, and two touchdowns, and Jalen McMillan five times for 75 yards, and a score. Baker also tacked on 25 yards rushing on two carries.
2024 Stats: 8-6 record, 71 completion percentage, 3,883 yards, 35 touchdowns, 14 interceptions, and a 104.1 rating.
6. Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

The Commanders’ offensive line was exposed against the Saints front seven, allowing eight sacks on the day. Despite the constant pressure, Jayden Daniels still had a great game and didn’t turn the ball over.
On 31 attempts, Daniels completed 25 passes for 226 yards, two touchdowns, and a 118.5 rating. He led the team in rushing with 66 yards and a long of 24 on 11 carries. His main target, Terry McLaurin, caught both of his touchdown passes.
2024 Stats: 9-5 record, 71 completion percentage, 3,701 yards, 23 touchdowns, six interceptions, and a 101.2 rating.
5. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals
Last Week: 3rd
The Bengals remain in the playoff hunt after taking down the Titans 37-27. The offense scored 30+ points once again this season, their seventh time doing so.
In the win, Joe Burrow had a decent game. He completed 70% of his passes for 271 yards, three touchdowns, two interceptions, and a 95.7 rating, Tee Higgins, Chase Brown, and defensive end, Sam Hubbard, all caught touchdown passes.
2024 Stats: 6-8 record, 69 completion percentage, 4,135 yards, 37 touchdowns, eight interceptions, 107.1 rating.
4. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles
Last Week: 7th
Jalen Hurts had a decent drop in the last quarterback power rankings, but he jumps back into the top five after a big performance against a stout Steelers defense.
In the 27-13 win, Hurts silenced any doubters with 290 yards and two touchdowns on 25-32 passing and a 125.3 rating. He found his go-to targets, DeVonta Smith and AJ Brown for a combined 19 catches, 219 yards, and two scores. Hurts also ran for 45 yards and a touchdown on 15 attempts.

3. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions
Last Week: 5th
Jared Goff rejoins the MVP conversation after a huge performance against the Bills. Despite a big game, the Lions lost to Buffalo 48-42, dropping their record to 12-2.
Goff slung the ball 59 times, completing 38 for 494 yards, five touchdowns, and a 118.9 rating. It is his fifth game this year with 3+ touchdowns. He connected with Amon-Ra St. Brown 14 times for 193 yards and a 66-yard score. He also threw touchdowns to Jahmyr Gibbs, Jameson Williams, Tim Patrick, and offensive lineman, Dan Skipper.
2024 Stats: 12-2 record, 71 completion percentage, 3,826 yards, 31 touchdowns, 10 interceptions, and a 110.4 rating.
2. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
Last Week: 2nd
Lamar Jackson had another MVP-caliber game as he looks to regain the number one spot on the quarterback power rankings. The Ravens handled business on the road against the Giants with a 35-14 win. In the victory, Jackson put on another show.
Jackson completed 84% of his passes for 290 yards, five touchdowns, and a 154.6 rating. Lamar and Rashod Bateman connected on two touchdowns, one from 49 yards out and the other from 20 yards. He was also effective in the run game with 65 yards on six carries.
2024 Stats: 9-5 record, 68 completion percentage, 4,323 yards, 37 touchdowns, three interceptions, and a 120.7 rating.
1. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills
Last Week: 1st
After back-to-back historical weeks, Josh Allen has yet to show any signs of slowing down. He added to his MVP resume with a huge 48-42 shootout win over the number one team in the NFC, the Detroit Lions.
Allen used his arms and legs to torment the Lions’ defense. Anytime Detroit had him on the ropes, he would scramble with his legs or extend the play out of the pocket and find a receiver downfield.
On 34 pass attempts, Allen completed 23 balls for 362 yards, two touchdowns, and a 122.4 rating. Backup running back, Ty Johnson, played a big role in the passing game with five catches for 114 yards. Allen also ran for 68 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries.
