Paul Pogba, eager to play competitive football again following his contract termination with Juventus, has reportedly been linked to a move to Corinthians. The French midfielder found a way to pay for his wages through an escort website, but the Brazilian club rejected the offer. The club is still in active negotiations with the 31-year-old.

Paul Pogba In Search Of A New Club

Paul Pogba, the former Manchester United midfielder, has been searching for a new club since Juventus mutually terminated his contract. He was keen on continuing with The Old Lady after his reduced doping ban, but Thiago Motta did not see the World Cup winner in his plans.

Pogba was on a mission to prove Manchester United wrong and make a statement that they made a big mistake letting him go. However, that didn’t go as planned, as the midfielder played just 12 games for Juventus in two years and was eventually banned due to the doping case. The Frenchman saw his ban reduced by the Court of Sports Arbitration (CAS) from four years to 18 months. He will be allowed to resume training in January 2025 and be ready for competitive football by March.

Fatal Model, An Escort Agency

It is reported that a Brazilian escort website has offered nearly $4 million per month to facilitate Paul Pogba’s move to The Corinthians. The Fatal Model director, Nina Sag, said: “We would like to express our interest in actively contributing to making this operation possible, which certainly represents a unique opportunity for everyone involved. Fatal Model has always supported sports. This time, we saw an opportunity to strengthen ties with a club already on our interest list.”

However, Corinthians rejected the proposal and wanted the negotiations to take place in a different manner than this. The Marketing department at Corinthians has officially responded, “It has received an email from the company Fatal Model, but no negotiations are underway. The club thanks the company for its interest.” It is also said that Pogba may have another investor lined up to try and finalize a transfer to Brazil soon, or else the deal could collapse if there’s no agreement.

End Of Rant

The French midfielder will be allowed to start training with the club if something is agreed upon between the two parties, as Pogba is desperate for football once again after his 18-month ban is finally lifted. Can someone help facilitate the move for Pogba and help him team up with Memphis Depay at the Corinthians? These are certainly interesting and crucial times for the once-revered star midfielder in football. For more fearless sports coverage, visit Stadium Rant
