AT Perry Has Elite Profile For Fantasy Potential
AT Perry is one of the more interesting fantasy football options heading into this season. He came out of nowhere last season and showed a ton of flashes. Last season, Perry was targeted 18 times and made 12 receptions for 246 yards and 4 touchdowns.
At 6'5, 205 pounds, Perry showcased his skill in minimal opportunities during his rookie year. He had an impressive 20.5 yards per reception, and a third of his 18 targets were in the red zone. As a rookie, he had 7.23% of the team's red-zone targets while only playing in 10 games.
As you can see, Perry was mainly utilized in the red zone, and he capitalized on the opportunities given. With Michael Thomas's departure, Perry is likely going to get an increase in snaps and targets. Now, remember that Perry isn't a lock at the number 3 receiver spot.
The Saints also brought in Cedick Wilson via free agency and drafted Bub Means in the 5th round. No matter what, Perry is a draftable player in the late rounds of fantasy drafts. He is 100% a stash in dynasty formats and someone you should look to insert as a throw-in during your trading process.
Our consensus projections for Perry in the 2024 season would be 32 receptions, 457 yards, 3 touchdowns.
