Audric Estime Fantasy Outlook For 2024
The Denver Broncos drafted Audric Estime with the 147th pick in the 5th round after he spent three years and two full seasons at Notre Dame. There, he compiled 373 carries for 2321 yards (6.2 yards per attempt) and 29 rushing touchdowns, along with 26 receptions for 277 yards (10.7 yards per reception) and 1 receiving touchdown.
The Broncos running back room is kind of a mess right now since there are currently reports that Perine might take over Javonte Williams’ spot on the roster, paired with Jaleel McLaughlin's intriguing usage spells, an unusual road for Estime to carve out a role this season. If Denver is silly enough to make Williams a camp cut, then Estime (6’1, 215) might be the RB1 for this team by the middle of this season.
Based on that potential alone, he is worth the pick at the 3/4th round in rookie drafts, and his 193 ADP is pretty reasonable. I could see people taking him in the last round of redraft leagues as well.
Our consensus projections for Estime in the 2024 season are 52 carries for 132 yards and 1 rushing touchdown. As well as 6 receptions, 24 yards, and 0 touchdowns.
