Does ESPN Think The Browns Have A Exciting Chance To Make The Playoffs In 2023?

ESPN’s NFL Football Power Index Rankings are out; if you are a Cleveland Browns fan, it is best to look away. ESPN is giving the Browns 38.5% to make the playoffs. They are giving them a 14% chance to win the division and only a 1.2% chance to win the Super Bowl.
Clearly, ESPN did not like Brown’s offseason even though you can make the argument they are one of the most improved teams in the entire league.
The Browns Must Make The Playoffs
The Browns must make the playoffs this season after missing it the last two seasons and making huge moves like trading for quarterback Deshaun Watson. If the Browns don’t find themselves in the postseason head coach Kevin Stefanski will be looking for a new job next season, and there could be huge roster and front-office changes.
ESPN has AFC teams the Steelers, Broncos, Texans, Colts, Patriots, Raiders, and Titians with a worse chance of making the playoffs than Cleveland. I know for a fact that the Browns are better than the Texans, Colts, Raiders, and Titians. You could make a case that the Steelers, Patriots, and Broncos are all at the same level as Cleveland.
The AFC teams they gave a better chance to make the playoffs are the Chiefs, Bengals, Bills, Jaguars, Ravens, Jets, Chargers, and Dolphins. All these teams made the playoffs last year but the Jets, and we all know they are going to be favored for everything after they landed Aaron Rodgers.
The AFC is going to be very tough this season, and there could be 12 teams fighting for seven playoff spots. The Browns need to be one of the seven teams that are playing in the middle of January next year or changes will be coming.
