Kentucky Lands High-Profile Transfer QB For The Second Year In A Row
Brock Vandagriff announced transfer within the SEC to the Kentucky Wildcats. The former 5-star backup quarterback to Stetson Bennett and Carson Beck for the 2-time defending champions Georgia Bulldogs becomes the prize QB for Kentucky thru the transfer portal.
Kentucky Offensive Coordinator Liam Coen landed his number 1 option from the portal. Brock was a top four QB in the 2021 class coming out of high school and was originally committed to Lincoln Riley at Oklahoma before he left for USC. The former 5-star top 20 overall recruit will take over Coen’s NFL pro-style offense after high profile transfers Devin Leary and now Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis.
An Athletic Family
His sister Anna Greer, aka “AG,” is a sophomore on the Eastern Kentucky University volleyball team. This season, AG earned Second Team All-Atlantic Sun Conference honors with the Colonels, averaging 2.85 kills and 0.52 blocks per set. Brock and AG’s younger sister Audrey is a softball and track star. She is a finalist for Georgia Softball Player of the Year and is committed to playing for Alabama next season.

Prince Avenue will play for its third title in four seasons next Monday, taking on Swainsboro in the Georgia High School Association Class A-Division 1 championship.
NFL Aspirations
Vandagriff will have two years of college eligibility remaining. His family has been impressed with Coen’s background in the NFL with the Los Angeles Rams and his one season he had with Will Levis at Kentucky. Brock has all the tools to get to the next level, his next stop at Kentucky is being counted on to get him the opportunities on the field to do so.
