Keionte Scott Makes Decision On His Football Future.

AUBURN - Sometimes your biggest gets are the ones you already have.

Keionte Scott, Auburn's slot corner and punt returner, will continue to provide his services for one more season as the Tigers' leading tackler over the past two seasons. Scott announced on Twitter his intentions to postpone the NFL Draft one more year.

This news is not surprising given that Scott missed three games due to a sprained ankle in week three against Samford. However, it is still significant. Auburn will be without starting corners DJ James and Nehemiah Prichett since they are out of eligibility. It remains unclear whether safeties Jaylin Simpson and Zion Puckett will return to the team.

Scott looks to be the leader of this new-look Tigers' secondary and I can't wait to see how this impacts Auburn's aggressiveness in the transfer portal.
