Ohio State Just Got A Great Commitment For 2024

The Ohio State Buckeyes never stop getting big-time recruits and on Saturday they landed another one from the 2024 class. Cornerback Bryce West from Glenville High School in Cleveland, Ohio decided he wanted to stay in the state and play for the Buckeyes.

West is currently ranked as the 27th-best player in the 2024 class according to the ESPN 300 list.

West Wanted Ohio State Over Their Rival

Michigan was another school that was very interested in recruiting West but failed to gain a commitment from him.

Ohio State has been one of the best schools in the country in producing cornerbacks in recent years, and you can not blame West for wanting to join one of the best units in all of college football.

Ohio State now has ten commitments in the ESPN 300 2024 class which should not be a surprise. The Buckeyes are one of the best at getting big-time recruits year in and year out, and 2024 is no different.

I will be very interested to see how well West performs for the Buckeyes, and he could be another one of those Buckeye corners to go in the first round of the NFL Draft in the next few years.
