One 2024 Draft Target For Every NFC North Team
Aaron Rodgers ran the NFC North for over a decade, but with him now gone and subjected to the torture of the Jets, the division is wide open for the first time in a long time. The Vikings looked very good until Kirk Cousins got hurt. The Lions made it all the way to the NFC Championship and only appear to be on the up from here on out, and The Bears are on the up despite all the drama.

The Packers are still competing after winning a playoff game, and Jordan Love is proving to be Green Bay's future. The NFC North will be incredibly competitive, and if they want to compete, they will need to hit on their draft picks. Here is one player that each team should try and grab in this year's NFL draft.
Chicago Bears: Caleb Wiliams, QB, USC
The Bears have a tough decision to make: between keeping Justin Fields or Caleb Williams in the draft. But when given the first overall draft pick, you do not pass on a generation prospect at the quarterback position.
Fields is almost certainly headed to Pittsburgh or some other destination that needs a young quarterback, and Williams will land in the lap of Chicago. With Fields (hypothetically) gone and DJ Moore and Cole Kmet improving as receivers, Williams will work well for the Bear's future. There is not much to be said about the pick, given it is a layup, but finally, this might be the move that allows the Bears to beat the Packers for once.
Minnesota Vikings: Dallas Turner, LB, Alabama
The Vikings have had the same problem for five or six years. While they have had excellent passing games and elite offenses with Dalvin Cook, Stefon Diggs, and Kirk Cousins, the defense has been more than underwhelming and has lost several games.
Despite having stars like Danielle Hunter, Harrison Smith, and Dalvin Tomlinson at their peaks, the Vikings' defense has never found a way to close out games. The Vikings have been consistent playoff disappointments, even losing to the Giants last year as Daniel Jones lit them up at home.
Turner would provide a cornerstone they have lacked and somebody Minnesota hopes to keep for years to come. A pro-ready linebacker who will age and develop is exactly what Minnesota needs to compete in the future.
Green Bay Packers: Tyler Nubin, S, Minnesota
The Packers are a very young team, and with time, will develop back into the contender they have been for the past twenty years. The Packers' most glaring weakness, however, is a solid secondary.
Despite having Jaire Alexander, one of the league's best zone cornerbacks, the rest of the secondary has been incredibly unstable and blown multiple games for the Packers this year. Since the decline of Adrian Amos and Ha-Ha Clinton Dix, the Packers still need to gain a true ball hawk, which has cost them extensively in the playoffs. Nubin will take time to develop, but if paired with Jaire, they could shut down half the field and allow you to focus the help where it is needed truly.
Detroit Lions: Terrion Arnold, CB, Alabama
The Lions follow the trend of defense and address their weakest position by far. Since drafting Jeffrey T at third overall in 2020 didn't work out, the Lions still need a true lockdown cornerback to bolster their defense.
Amani Oruwariye got close, having six interceptions just two years ago, but left that off-season in free agency. Arnold is pro-ready and would help fix the Lion's most significant need.
With a solid front seven led by Jack Campbell and Aiden Hutchinson that will only improve, the attention must be on the secondary. Arnold would fit the Lions perfectly with his aggressive style and be an immediate day-one starter for the Lions looking to make a Super Bowl run in 2024.
