Panthers’ PJ Walker impacts DJ Moore’s Fantasy Value
DJ Moore’s fantasy value for the Panthers should continue to rise with PJ Walker as the starting quarterback, as they stun the Bucs in Week Seven.
The PJ and DJ connection shone in a matchup that wasn’t ruled to go in their favor. The Panther’s third-string quarterback connected with Moore for his first passing touchdown, the wideout’s second touchdown this season.

With Walker under center, the Panther’s star receiver fantasy numbers should continue to rise.
The Panther’s star receiver hasn’t shown much potential. Respectfully the lackluster performances don’t fall on him due to him playing with three quarterbacks this season alone.
With Moore’s fantasy value trending up, there’s a chance he could become a breakout star in the fantasy world. Moore’s position rank is 40, and he’s rostered by 92.9 percent of fantasy teams, per ESPN Fantasy.
PJ and DJ Time For The Panthers
In Week Six, DJ caught three of seven targets, for seven yards in the loss which resulted in 3.7 PPR fantasy points.

In Week Seven, the duo hooked up with seven of 10 targets for 69 yards and a touchdown in their 21-3 in their Divisional win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, resulting in 19.6 PPR fantasy points.
The Panthers QB situation has been iffy, especially with the ankle injuries of Baker Mayfield, QB, and Sam Darnold, QB, who is has been designated to return from IR.
Walker has rightfully earned the No. 1 job after completing 16 for 22 attempts for 177 yards and two touchdowns. The Qb finished the game with a 126.5 QBR rating.

Start or Sit Moore in Week Eight
Moore should continue to have upside in Week Eight’s matchup against the Falcons, who are allowing 24.4 points per game and coming off the back of a torrid time against Ja’Marr Chase and the Bengals.
With the Falcon’s unpropitious defense, Moore should continue to see double-digit targets.
However, it’s hard to know if the duo can keep it going due to inconsistent performances. Moore has two single-digit yardage tallies in two of his matchups.
Now that the Panthers are rolling with Walker as their starter, Moore should be a WR2/flex option in a friendly matchup against the Falcons secondary.
