Predicting The College Football Slate For Week Four: Featuring, Who Makes It Out Of South bend?

College football has reached Week Four, and while that means the season is nearly a quarter of the way done, it also means we have really good match ups! There are multiple games this weekend between ranked teams

I'll be predicting the score withe. little analysis for each game involving a ranked team this week, so without further ado...

UAB @ #1 Georgia

Georgia wins 56-13

Is there really much to say? The number one team in the nation will continue to decimate teams that are far inferior. That is not a diss to UAB, most teams are inferior, but this team is not even in the same realm as Georgia. This should be domination for the Bulldogs.

Rutgers @ #2 Michigan

Michigan wins 45-7

Similar to Georgia, Michigan should obliterate Rutgers. Being the worst team in the best division in college football is rough, and that is Rutgers reality. This should be a demolition by Michigan, and I wouldn't anticipate much resistance from Rutgers.

#3 Texas @ Baylor

Texas wins 63-10

This is a bit better than the two previous games, but it shouldn't be a challenge for the Longhorns. Texas is loaded with talent, talent that Baylor just does not have. Texas beat Alabama in decently convincing fashion on the road, I see no reason they shouldn't kill Baylor on the road. Expect Texas to dominate this in-state showdown.

#4 Florida State @ Clemson

UPSET WATCH: Florida State wins 42-28

Florida State is a very good team, we know that for certain after their dominating win over LSU. Clemson on the other hand, was expected to be a powerhouse again and lost their first game in horrifying fashion. Clemson still has a plethora of talent though, and should not be taken lightly. That being said, FSU should still take care of business. Give me the Seminoles.

#5 USC @ Arizona State

USC wins 59-14

USC does have some question marks around their defense, an if they can get past Utah, but neither are the deciding factor in this game. Caleb Williams looks like a true contender to win another Heisman trophy, and has the offense firing. This should be domination for USC.

College Football Game Of The Week:

#6 Ohio State @ #9 Notre Dame

UPSET WATCH: Notre Dame wins 38-31

This is easily the game of the week between two top ten teams in the country, and with College Gameday and every other news outlet there, I expect Notre Dame to show up. Sam Hartman is a veteran QB who can handle big games, and has proven that. Ohio State's offense seems really iffy against any team, so facing a very good Notre Dame team boasting an elite defense won't be fun. If Kyle McCord is able to step up the Buckeyes have a chance, but if not then OSU could be in some trouble. Notre Dame will make less mistakes and take advantage of OSU's. Give me the Irish.

#24 Iowa @ #7 PSU

PSU wins 35-13

This game is personal for the PSU team, and fans alike. The last time these teams faced off was at Kinnick stadium, and had multiple Iowa fans and coaches mocking Penn State's players as they got injured during the game. Iowa also rushed the field despite being the higher ranked team at that point in the season. Penn State wants vengeance, and Iowa without their top two RB's will struggle against an elite PSU front seven. While Iowa boasts an elite defense, going into the whiteout, and everyone angry, is not a good mix. Give me the Nittany Lions.

California @ #8 Washington

Washington wins 49-3

Washington's offense has been living up to the hype so far this year, and I don't expect that to stop. With Romeo Odunze looking like an elite wide receiver one, and Michael Penix in Heisman contention, this team should obliterate Cal.

#19 Colorado @ #10 Oregon

UPSET WATCH: Colorado wins 45-35

This is the first real test for Colorado this year. TCU, Colorado State, and any other crappy team haven't been true tests. But Oregon is a solid and established program with a veteran at quarterback in Bo Nix. Nix has a knack for the creative, and extending plays that shouldn't be extended. Shedeur Sanders on the other hand has looked like a Heisman contender and will more than likely continue that versus a subpar Oregon defense. Even with no Travis Hunter, the storyline is too good for Colorado. This game will be rigged, watch.

#22 UCLA @ #11 Utah

Utah wins 28-14

Despite a bit of turmoil at quarterback, this Utah rushing offense has been unbelievable. Averaging nearly 175 yards a game on the ground, with solid quarterback play, is all they'll need to take down this UCLA squad. This UCLA team isn't bad, but I don't see the Utes blowing it.

Arkansas @ #12 LSU

UPSET WATCH: LSU wins 35-28

This game will be a lot better than most believe it will be. KJ Jefferson is a pure athlete at quarterback, with already over 700 total yards on the season. LSU is a good team, and thats why I expect Harold Perkins and Malik Nabers to be the difference makers for this game. LSU will win, but it won't be easy.

#15 Ole Miss @ #13 Alabama

UPSET WATCH: Ole Miss wins 45-41

Very rarely would I ever believe that Nick Saban could lose two of three games at home. But this is the year I think it could happen.Texas exposed Alabama's pass defense, and now they face Jaxson Dart with about four to five homerun hitting guys. Alabama has Kool-Aid McKinstry, but that won't be enough. If Ole Miss plays to their potential, and forces Bama to spread the field, Ole Miss should walkaway with an upset in Tuscaloosa.

#14 Oregon State @ #21 Washington State

UPSET WATCH: Washington State wins 38-28

This is an interesting pick, but I have faith in Washington State. WSU had a very convincing win against a solid Wisconsin team, and is coming off the obliteration of Northern Colorado. This team is flaming hot, and I just don't think Oregon State has the momentum to match it. While having a very good run game, they just have not faced anyone this caliber yet.

#16 Oklahoma @ Cincinnati

Oklahoma wins 56-14

This should be a murder. The Sooners have looked very good, and Dillon Gabriel looks like a Heisman contender. Cincinnati just simply doesn't have the fire power needed to hang with them. Take the over.

#17 UNC @ Pittsburgh

UNC wins 42-28

Drake Maye mixed with a great rushing game is a scary threat, and one that Pitt is not prepared to handle. This team has lost to Cincinnati and West Virginia the past two weeks, I don't think they're hanging with a potential top five pick.

#18 Duke @ Connecticut

Duke wins 31-10

This would be game of the year if it were basketball. Unfortunately for UConn, it isn't. Duke is still riding the massive high from beating Clemson in week one, and UConn is one of the worst teams at the FBS levels. Duke should win this handily.

#20 Miami @ Temple

Miami wins 43-3

After a very nice win against TAMU in week two, Miami looks to keep rising up the ranks against a bad Temple team. Tyler Van Dyke and his wide receiving core have looked elite as a combo this season, and against a far inferior opponent, this should be a slaughter. Good luck to Temple, they'll need it.

UTSA @ #23 Tennessee

Tennessee wins 38-20

I know that the Vols just lost in the swamp, but they aren't this bad. Tennessee is back at home, and not even facing a power five opponent. I fully expect to see Joe Milton and company show some fight and get back into the season.

Charlotte @ #25 Florida

Florida wins 35-7

Congrats Florida, you are ranked again. After a massive win against Tennessee last week at home, you get to stay there and kill Charlotte. Graham Mertz, while nothing special, should be able to get the job done along with the help of Trevor Ettiene. Good luck Charlotte.
