The Bills handed the Chiefs their first loss of the season in a 30-21 nail-biter. Josh Allen improved his regular-season record over Patrick Mahomes to 4-1.

James Cook heavily influenced Buffalo’s offense in the beginning of the game, as the halfback scored the team’s first two touchdowns. Allen left his mark on the game when the fourth quarter rolled around, finding Curtis Samuel for a 12-yard score. With time winding down in the game, it looked like the Chiefs would get the ball back, however, the Bills left their offense out on a critical 4th and 3. Allen used his legs, and scrambled for not only a first down, but a game-sealing 26-yard touchdown.

Allen finished with 27-40 throwing, 262 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and an 83.5 rating. He also added 55 yards and a score on 12 carries.
