Steph Curry Is A Bad Man
On Tuesday night, the Golden State Warriors faced a formidable challenge as they welcomed the Boston Celtics, the current best team in the NBA. For most of the game, it seemed like Steph Curry was having a night he'd rather forget.
Having seen his NBA three-point record streak end at 268 games against the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday, Curry was determined to make a strong comeback. This streak was significant because of the explanation of the importance of the streak in the NBA and for Curry's career.
For the first three quarters on Tuesday, Curry found himself grappling with foul trouble, recording his fifth foul halfway through the third quarter, adding to the game's tension.
Curry's Fourth Quarter
The fourth quarter came, and Curry again turned into Superman, helping force overtime in a game where the Warriors seemed out of it. His exceptional performance boosted the team's morale and played a pivotal role in turning the game's tide.
Curry's 20 fourth-quarter and overtime points were excellent to watch, but nothing was like his dagger three with 10 seconds left in overtime.
Curry finished with 33 points and one of the most incredible shots you will see all season, and the Warriors won 132-126.
End Of Rant
The Warriors have had their troubles this season with star forward Draymond Green being suspended for his on-the-court actions, and the team has found themselves below .500 and is currently 11th in the west.
Of course, the NBA regular season doesn't mean that much, but Tuesday's win was huge for the Warriors, beating the best team in the NBA and showing their fans there is something still left in the tank.
The Warriors are never out of it, and when you have the best shooter in the world, you are in every game until the final buzzer goes off.
