The Kelce Brothers Just Accomplished This Amazing Feat
The Kelce brothers, Jason the center for the Philadelphia Eagles and Travis the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs have accomplished a lot during their storied careers. Both have won Super Bowls, earned Pro Bowl honors, and are recognized as some of the best at their respective position groups.
Their dominance in 2023 continues on the field, but both guys have gotten a lot of press for things beyond football. That includes Travis dating the biggest popstar in the world, Taylor Swift. However, the Kelce brothers just did something that is beyond what would ever be expected from football players. They recently put together a Christmas album including a duet featuring Jason and Travis. Not only do they both have musical talent, but that particluar song even made it all the way to number one on iTunes!
More On The Kelce Holiday Special
The featured song is called “Fairytale of Philadelphia” and is part of the Eagles’ holiday album titled “A Philly Special Christmas Special”. The song is a cover of the Pogues’ “Fairytale of New York” and was released on November 15th, 2023.
The song starts out slow before turning into a festive holiday beat. The lyrics are heartwarming and include references to their mother, Donna Kelce. The song is meant to be a tribute to the city of Philadelphia and its people.
Jason Kelce was part of the debut album, which came last year. He joined forces with teammates such as Jordan Mailata, Lane Johnson, and more. The album was a hit throughout Eagles nation and sold out very quickly. What is even more extraordinary is that the proceeds are given right back to the community.
