These Five NASCAR Drivers Are The Favorites To Win In Chicago

After breaking the record for overtimes during a single race last weekend in Nashville, the NASCAR Cup Series shifts to the streets of Chicago for Grant Park 165. Joey Logano secured his spot in the NASCAR playoffs last weekend with a win. Could one of the drivers on the playoff bubble do it again on Sunday? Here are the five drivers with the best odds to win the Chicago street race.

5) Chase Elliott +750

5) Chase Elliott +750

Chase Elliott is having a great 2024 season. The 9-car sits second in the regular season standings, 20 points behind teammate Kyle Larson. Elliott has one win this year, with seven top-five and nine top-ten finishes. The 28-year-old placed third in the Chicago street race last year, and he'll look to win the whole thing this weekend.

4) Tyler Reddick +600

4) Tyler Reddick +600

Reddick has already secured his position in the NASCAR playoffs, but the 45 team would love to get to victory lane for the second time this season. Half of Reddick's career Cup wins have come on road courses, but he struggled at the street circuit in Chicago last year, finishing 28th. At +600, Reddick has the fourth-best odds to win in the Windy City.

3) Christopher Bell +600

3) Christopher Bell +600

Christopher Bell is one of four drivers with three wins this season. Despite finishing 36th, Bell led 131 laps last weekend at Nashville Superspeedway. Bell placed 18th during the Chicago Street Race last year and led 37 of the 78 laps. If the 20-car can run near the front of the pack, they should be one of the favorites to win the Grant Park 165.

2) Shane van Gisbergen +550

2) Shane van Gisbergen +550

Shane van Gisbergen shocked fans when he won his first NASCAR Cup Series race in Chicago last season. The 35-year-old raced three times this year, with his best finish coming at COTA, where he ended in the 20th. Van Gisbergen has won two of the last five Xfinity Series races, and he'll try for his second Cup Series victory on Sunday.

1) Kyle Larson +550

1) Kyle Larson +550

Kyle Larson is the favorite to win most weeks, and rightfully so. The 5-car tops the regular season standings with 664 points. His eight stage wins are second in the series behind only Christopher Bell. Larson finished fourth in the Chicago Street Race in 2023, one of the five Chevrolets in the top five. With +550 odds, Kyle Larson is the favored driver to win this weekend.
