Zack Moss: The Path To Fantasy Success In 2024
Zack Moss finally got a chance last season to start with the Indianapolis Colts, while Jonathan Taylor got injured. He had career highs as a rusher last season, rushing for 794 yards and 5 touchdowns. Even as a pass catcher, Moss looked solid, as in 37 targets, he made 27 receptions for 192 yards (7.1 yards per reception) and 2 receiving touchdowns.
He looked amazing in the first half of last season when he had four top-10 finishes (RB10, RB4, RB2, RB9) and a top-15 finish (RB14) in the first eight weeks. However, he had a disappointing second half and did not finish higher than RB19 for the rest of the season. Jonathan Taylor was finally healthy, but Moss had a forearm injury. Moss signed a new deal with the Cincinnati Bengals.
With Joe Mixon's departure, Moss is in a great spot to potentially be the lead RB. It's clear the Bengals want him involved, which makes him an attractive option in fantasy. The risk here is that Moss needs to stay healthy and play consistently or Chase Brown will take over the majority of the workload.
Our consensus projections for Moss in the 2024 season are 184 carries for 784 yards and 5 touchdowns. In the receiving game, his consensus projection is 35 receptions for 218 yards and 2 touchdowns.
