10. Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears

Caleb Williams got his first taste of Thanksgiving football but fell just short to the Lions in a 23-20 loss. Williams was able to lead a second-half comeback that came down to the last play of the game. 

In the loss, Williams completed 20-39 passes for 256 yards, three touchdowns, and a 97.8 rating. He also rushed for 39 yards on four carries. Williams connected with veteran receiver, Keenan Allen, for five catches, 73 yards, and two touchdowns. DJ Moore also had a big game as he caught eight passes for 97 yards and a score. 

2024 Stats: 4-8 record, 62 completion percentage, 2,990 yards, 14 touchdowns, five interceptions, and an 86.1 rating. 

9. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins

After missing four games with a concussion, Tua Tagovailoa has returned strong and productive. Since his return in Week 8, he has thrown 13 touchdowns to just one interception. His performance of late has helped him earn his first spot on the quarterback power rankings.

He threw the ball well in his previous game against the Packers. On 46 pass attempts, Tua completed 37 balls for 365 yards, two touchdowns, and a 114.2 rating. He was able to spread the ball well, throwing to 10 different receivers, Jonnu Smith being the leading wideout with 10 catches for 113 yards. Tagovailoa’s touchdowns went to Tyreek Hill and De’Von Achane. 

2024 Stats: 4-4 record, 75 completion percentage, 2,172 yards, 15 touchdowns, four interceptions, and a 108 rating. 

8. Russell Wilson, Pittsburgh Steelers

Russell Wilson improved his 2024 record to 5-1 with a massive 44-38 win over the Bengals. He was nearly unstoppable in the passing game, throwing for his most yards in a game since Week 8 of the 2017 season. 

Wilson completed 29-38 passes for 414 yards, three touchdowns, one interception, and a 126.4 rating. He averaged 14 yards per completion, well above the league average. All of his touchdowns came from 15 yards or further and 10 players caught at least one pass. 

2024 Stats: 5-1 record, 66 completion percentage, 1,653 yards, 11 touchdowns, three interceptions, and a 104.3 rating. 

7. Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

The Commanders routed the Titans 42-19 behind a strong rushing and passing performance from Jayden Daniels. This marks the third time this season the Washington offense has scored 40 or more points in a game. 

Daniels completed 25-30 passes for 206 yards, three touchdowns, one interception, and a 114.7 rating. He rushed for 34 yards and a touchdown on nine attempts. Terry McLaurin caught two touchdowns and Zach Ertz also received one. The impressive game extended Daniels’ lead on Bo Nix for Rookie of the Year. 

2024 Stats: 8-5 record, 70 completion percentage, 3,409 yards, 21 touchdowns, six interceptions, and a 99.4 rating. 

6. Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings move to 10-2 and sit one game back of the NFC North-leading Detroit Lions after a game-winning drive in crunch time against the Cardinals. Sam Darnold led Minnesota down the field in a two-minute, nine-play drive to cap off the comeback win. 

Darnold completed 21-31 passes for 235 yards, two touchdowns, and a 111.6 rating. He also rushed for 22 yards on four carries. His first touchdown went to third-string tight end, Johnny Mundt, from four yards away. Jordan Addison was the recipient of the game-winning score from five yards out. Darnold now has seven games this season with at least 230 passing yards and two touchdowns.   

2024 Stats: 10-2 record, 68 completion percentage, 3,139 yards, 24 touchdowns, 10 interceptions, and a 102.5 rating.  

5. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions

The Lions celebrated Thanksgiving with a win over the Bears, although it came down to the wire. After leading 16-0 at the half, the Lions escaped with a 23-20 win after a last-second third down stop. 

In the team’s 11th win of the season, Jared Goff completed 21-34 pass attempts for 221 yards, two touchdowns, and a 100.2 rating. Sam LaPorta caught both touchdowns and finished with a three catch, six yards, two scores stat line. Amon-Ra St. Brown reeled in five balls for a team-high 73 yards.  

2024 Stats: 11-1 record, 72 completion percentage, 3,029 yards, 23 touchdowns, nine interceptions, and a 109 rating. 

4. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

In a must-win game, the Bengals fell to division rivals, Pittsburgh Steelers, 44-38. Joe Burrow put up another solid performance in a high-scoring loss.

On 38 pass attempts, Burrow completed 28 balls for 309 yards, three touchdowns, and a 112.7 rating. He drops in the rankings due to his three turnovers, one interception, and two fumbles, one of which resulted in a defensive touchdown. His go-to targets, Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins both received a touchdown as well as Andrei Iosivas. 

2024 Stats: 4-8 record, 68 completion percentage, 3,497 yards, 31 touchdowns, five interceptions, and a 107.4 rating. 

3. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles

Previous Rank: 3rd

Jalen Hurts stays in the three spot even though he had a below-average game. The Eagles relied heavily on the run game with Saquon Barkley and short fields due to Baltimore’s missed field goals. 

This game flow resulted in Hurts throwing the ball 19 times, completing 11 of them for 118 yards, one touchdown, and a 93.8 rating. He added 29 yards and a one-yard touchdown with his legs. His lone passing touchdown went to tight end, Dallas Goedert, from 17-yards out.  

2024 Stats: 10-2 record, 68 completion percentage, 2,979 yards, 26 touchdowns, five interceptions, and a 101.8 rating. 

2. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills

The Bills clinched the AFC East with a dominant 35-10 win over the 49ers. They are the first team to clinch their division, improving their record to 10-2 and sitting tied for third place in the entire league. 

In the victory, Josh Allen had a historic performance. Allen became the first quarterback to catch, rush, and pass for a touchdown in the same game. He got a receiving touchdown after throwing a quick slant route to Amari Cooper, who pitched it back to Allen, who dove for the pylon. He capped off the night with an 8-yard scramble for a score. He also surpasses Jim Kelly for the most touchdowns scored in Bill’s history with 245. In the record-setting night, Allen completed 76% of his passes for 148 yards, two touchdowns, and a 141.3 rating. 

2024 Stats: 10-2 record, 65 completion percentage, 3,025 yards, 26 touchdowns, five interceptions, and a 100.3 rating 

1. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens

Previous Rank: 1st 

The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Ravens 24-19 despite Baltimore’s early 10-0 start. This is just Lamar Jackson’s second loss to an NFC team in 25 games. Jackson and Co. move to 8-5 heading into their bye week. 

Lamar completed 23-36 passes for 237 yards, two touchdowns, and a 101.3 rating in the loss. He was highly effective in the ground game with 79 yards on eight carries with a long of 39-yards. He connected with both tight ends, Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely, for touchdowns. 

2024 Stats: 8-5 record, 67 completion percentage, 3,968 yards, 32 touchdowns, three interceptions, and a 116.3 rating.
