Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is one of the most electric and versatile players in the NFL. Voted by his peers #1 in the NFL’s Top 100 just months ago, it appears the 30-year-old might find himself on his third team next season. Following Miami’s 32-20 loss to the New York Jets on Sunday, which eliminated the Dolphins from postseason contention, Hill’s postgame comments suggested he might need a chance of scenery next season.

Tyreek Hill’s Postgame Comments Suggest He Might Not Be In Miami Next Season

When asked how he felt about the season, Tyreek Hill said that it was great because he had a daughter and that he was blessed. He also brought up that he felt bad for quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who missed multiple games this season due to injury but praised backup Snoop Huntley who filled in while Tua was out. When asked about the message for the offseason, he left reporters with these comments:

“There’s a lot of things I need to reassess about my career and you know just see what I need to do to continue to get better as a player so I can continue to reach that 1000-yard mark… it is what it is.”

“I just gotta do what’s best for my family, whether that’s here or wherever that case might be… I’m opening the door for my self… I’m out dawg, it was great playing here.”

These are very interesting comments from Hill, who said back in March that he “would like to retire in Miami” and once called Tua Tagovailoa the “most accurate quarterback in the NFL. The Super Bowl LIV Champion started his career in Kansas City after being drafted in the fifth-round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He spent six seasons with the Chiefs before being traded in 2022.
